CFC’s principals have directly handled financing and redevelopment of urban hotel properties, ground-up development of luxury condominium-hotel and residential projects, multi-party air rights developments and conversion of urban office buildings and warehouses to mixed-use condominiums, residential lending totaling over 3 billion dollars of cumulative deal volume over 20 years.
